    You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel for any reason, and another 14 days to return your items. To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, in new condition, and ideally in original packaging. We’ll refund the item cost and standard delivery charge, but return postage for change-of-mind orders is your responsibility.

    If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@playtimepioneers.com so we can arrange a refund, repair, or replacement—and we’ll cover the return postage.

    Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of processing your return. Some exclusions apply, such as personalised, made-to-order, or hygiene-sealed items once opened. Sale items may be returned for a credit note only, unless faulty or misdescribed.
