2. Website Content

We take care to ensure that all information on this website is accurate, including product descriptions and prices. However:

• Orders will only be accepted where no material errors exist.

• All product details (including weights, sizes, and dimensions) are approximate only.

• Prices may change. If the price of an item increases after you place your order but before dispatch, we will contact you for confirmation. If you do not agree, you may cancel your order.

To the extent permitted by law, we make no guarantees (express or implied) that the information on this site is always complete, accurate, or up to date. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage caused by reliance on information provided here.

3. Website Security

We make every effort to keep this website free from viruses and defects, but we cannot guarantee it. You are responsible for ensuring your own equipment is protected. We are not liable for any damage to your equipment caused by using this website or linked websites.

4. Availability & Orders

• All items are subject to availability. We will notify you if an item is out of stock.

• You can correct errors on your order until you click “CHECKOUT".

• We will confirm acceptance of your order by email when the goods are dispatched.

5. Payment

• Payment will be taken when you place your order.

• If delivery cannot be fulfilled within 30 days, we will notify you.

• If payment cannot be collected in full, we may cancel the order or suspend delivery.

• You are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

6. Delivery

• We only deliver within the United Kingdom.

• Goods will be delivered to the address provided at checkout — please ensure this is accurate.

• If you are not in, please give clear instructions about where goods can be left. We are not liable for loss or damage once goods are delivered in line with your instructions.

• All orders are currently on a Pre-order basis and will be delivered before Christmas. 

• We aim to dispatch all authorised orders within 5 working days (Monday–Friday). However, delays outside our control (e.g. courier issues) may occur.

• Risk of damage or loss passes to you once delivery is made. Ownership passes once payment is received in full.

7. Returns & Cancellations (Your Legal Rights)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

If you wish to return:

• Items must be sent back in their original condition with proof of purchase.

• You are responsible for the goods until they reach us. We recommend using a tracked/insured delivery service.

• On receipt, we will issue a full refund (excluding delivery charges unless the item is faulty or sent in error) or exchange the item if you prefer.

8. Liability

• We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

• Otherwise, we will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from use of this website or from goods supplied beyond what is reasonably foreseeable.

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the rest will remain valid.

We may update these terms from time to time. Please check back regularly for any changes.

10. Governing Law

These terms, the website, and any contracts formed through it are governed by English law. By using this site, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.
