To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, in new condition, and ideally in original packaging. We’ll refund the item cost and standard delivery charge, but return postage for change-of-mind orders is your responsibility.

    Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of processing your return. Some exclusions apply, such as personalised, made-to-order, or hygiene-sealed items once opened. Sale items may be returned for a credit note only, unless faulty or misdescribed.
